Days before Chinese New Year.

Was back in Teluk Intan on Thursday (a day earlier than scheduled due to 5's tooth pain). Sis and bro drove to Kampar to fetch us. Journey was OK with exception my sis looked so terrified (my bro's driving) and keep yelling (for no reason).

After dropping 5 at his home, we went back home. My jaws dropped when I saw my house. Wah...look like Christmas tree. Decorative lights were hanging all over the porch and there's one special section I would like to show you...

Mum was asking sis to make BBQ "ba kua". Yes, we had homemade "ba kua" for CNY. :)

Later that night, I helped mum to do more decoration as I feel there's no enought deco yet. Lol.

The day before CNY, my family would held a "feast" for the Ancestors. Mum did that every 1st and 15th and the death anniversary of the family members.

BBQ with some foundation mates (10 February 2010).

It was suppose to be a surprise BBQ session for Ee Ven since Li Jing planned to come Kampar a day earlier than scheduled. Surprise went smoothly as planned but I wasn't at the venue cause need to settle some assignment stuff.

Reached the BBQ venue at almost 9 p.m. And the timing was right! They just got the fire started. Woohoo! :)

It was a small gathering...Around 10 person. Though we're happy and chit chat that night. :)

Went home at around 12 a.m. cause we're too tired. Need to rest and went back to Teluk Intan the next morning. :)

Innovative Marketing Tools from Blue Ocean Strategy (7 February 2010).

We attended the workshop last Sunday. Learned quite a lot from the workshop. We learned how to use Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) in business.

First of all, we need to introduce ourselves. We need to tell out our name, place of origin, courses and...our plan in the next few years. It's fun to know other people's dream. :)

We then proceed on the modules and have break twice for tea and one lunch break. Mr. Kenth showed us a lot of videos in which the advertisements are using BOS in it. It's quite an eye opener. A case study for us is the Wii. It's interesting how Wii manage to use BOS in keeping its business running.

In the evening, we are split into 5 groups to do a case study. We need to choose in between 2 companies. Overall, my team done a very good job.

Day ended with me more enriched with knowledge. :)

I know it's one lame post. Just want to blog about it since I spend so much time at there. Chinese New Year is around the corner. Can't wait to go home. :)

Recap for January 2010.

It's the 5th day of February. As I'd said in an earlier post, I've busy. Will be busy till mid March.
