While waiting for them to arive, we had a quick breakfast at Subway.
This is the first time we try Subway sandwich. Very healthy and fulfilling. The salami is nice! But a bit expensive though.
Friends arrived at 11.50 a.m. Went straight to the bus/taxi stop to get taxi to PTPTN building. We're quite surprised that the taxis there are using coupon system instead of meter system. And we need to pay RM15 for 1 taxi (we're getting 2 taxis because there's 5 person).
Reached Damansara Heights at 12.10 p.m. We quickly rushed to the related counter and hoping it haven't been closed yet. And Yes! It haven't closed! *relieved*
Procedure was fast and everything is settled within 30 mins.
After finishing the PTPTN stuff, we need to go back to Sentral to catch train to Times Square. As we came down from the building, we realised there's no taxi available there. We asked the guard there and they say we need to walk to the nearby taxi/bus stand. Our friends leave on a taxi. 5 and I waited and waited for a taxi to come by but it didn't. So, we catch Rapid KL. Cheaper and got free entertainment inside the bus. :)
Reached KL Sentral at around 1.30 p.m. We cancelled our plan to Times Square. Instead, we went to Mid Valley. It's just RM1 from KL Sentral to Mid Valley. Walked around and around and around. Buy nothing. Haha.
Went on to have late lunch at Delicious. Foods were awful and expensive. Totally not worth the price we paid.
After lunch, went walking around again and we decided to have a movie. Watched Tiger Woohoo. Local made production starring MyFM DJs and Astro stars. A hilarious movie but at the same time introducing us the Tiger Dance. You've listen often of Lion and Dragon dances, but you may not had listen that there's Tiger Dance before right? Well, it a good film. I love the way the angles are being captured. Nice. Recommended to all. :)
And there's this cute Tiger dolls featured in the film. Super cute! Thinking of getting a set of it.
All I managed to shop at Mid Valley is a couple of hair accessories. Found this stall opposite Nando's selling handmade hair accessories. So nice. Will post the photos soon.
We leave Mid Valley and headed to Subang Parade via KTM. Need to go Subang Parade and ha d a little walk around before someone came and pick us back to Shah Alam. Tiring day and super enjoying ourselves. :)
p/s: Went for Dim Sum session with 5's relatives at Concorde Hotel and durians as desserts after dinner. Will blog about it tomorrow. :)
