Courier Services.

I've been an online shopper since (I think) 2 years ago. Well, for the reasons that I'm staying at Kampar (no malls here) and the nearest city will be Ipoh (need to take bus go there - hustle). And whenever I went to malls, it seems that I'm too lazy and tired of walking around searching for things I like. Way too tedious!

I shopped for clothes, accessories, beauty masks, my yoga mat, make-up, tupperware, shoes, and most recent purchase (just arrived yesterday!) Lotte Collagen powder. And my sellers shipped my items through various courier service providers and most of them uses PosLaju.

While PosLaju efficiency is great in Teluk Intan (where my items will arrive in 1 day)and at my home, it's not the same story in Kampar. My items arrived after 2 days and the postman didn't even call me to pick up the parcel downstair. So, you see, everytime my sellers use PosLaju, I need to travel to the post office at old town to pick it up and for your information, the service at the post office is so slow.

So, one day, 5 and I asked the clerk whether we can make complaints regarding the PosLaju service. She directed us to the postman office at the back lane. There, we meet a kind officer who take down our complaints and offer us helps. He said if next time we want to pick up our stuff, we just meet him directly. That'll help us save time queuing in the post office. :D

While other courier service providers like Skynet and Kangaroo are great! The Skynet uncle will always call me half an hour before he delivered items to my home while Kangoroo handsome will send it to my doorstep. And best of all, they only require one working day to deliver the items!

So, in conclusion, I still prefer Skynet and Kangaroo. :D
